Vintage Ceramic Egg Laying Prompts

These vintage ceramic eggs are designed to have the look, weight and feel of real eggs and are used to encourage a chook to lay in the locations you want them too! They have a wonderful rustic shabby quality about them and make a great display. Whilst out on one of our many adventures with the wee girl (she is two and a bit) in my life, we found this birds nest on the ground. I explained to her that it had blown out of a tree and the eggs with it. She exclaimed ‘oh no’ (frequently used phase at the moment), and promptly wandered off to uplift the ceramic eggs from their usual resting bowl. After placing them in the nest, I exclaimed how good does that look! Me thinks we have a young stylist in the making!
