The Xmas Girls

I made these girls one previous Xmas and they are just a bit of whimsy at a lovely time of year.

They are about 30cm in length and have a ring sewn on the back so that they can be hung on the tree or anywhere to add a bit of xmas cheer!

I use any fabric and trim (especially great for using up those pieces of scrap) that I think has a xmas feel, xmas cake wrappers (found some lovely vintage wrapper that I used for the hat on several of the girls), sequins and bells. One of the girls has wings whilst another wears a crown … whatever takes my fancy really!
