A girl called Ava

Somebody asked me if I could include some more photos of each girl (see post 5 July 2011), so I’ll start with Ava. Ava is named after a little girl I know with the most stunning red hair.

Ava wears a simple halter neck number using reproduction 30’s fabric (I think it is aunt grace fabric?). She likes to wander with her hand in her pocket and isn’t big on carrying a bag so the pocket serves her well for all her necessities like money and her keys.

The clip in her hair is a vintage shoe clip. I think it is set off beautifully by her red hair.  Like the other girls she wears hoop ear rings and orange felt shoes, and has her name tattooed you know where!
